BPI mobile banking on Globe (SMS-based)

BPI-Globe SMS mobile bankingBPI’s mobile banking facility called BPI Express Mobile, allows BPI account holders to do banking transactions such as check account balance, perform fund transfers, reload prepaid, or load their GCASH wallet using their mobile phones. This service was initially available to Globe/TM subscribers.

The BPI Express Mobile comes in two variants. The SMS-based and Internet-based. The SMS-based BPI Express Mobile works with just a Globe SIM menu and the text messaging facility of Globe, even without connecting to the internet.

The second variant, Internet-based BPI Express Mobile, can do the same transactions as SMS-based and more except GCash related transactions. To learn more about Internet-based BPI Express Mobile, click here.

My BPI gcash account especially on my payment to DTI does not work. I have encoded the correct MPIN which I successfully used to transfer funds but it appeared to be incorrect MPIN when I used it for payment. Until now, my G cash account does not work. What shall I do?

  5. Hi! I was able to use the gcash services very well however, I lost that phone including the sim card associated w/ gcash and bpi mobile banking. I bought a new sim card and whenever I’m trying to enroll the sim with my BPI savings account so I could use GCASH again, it won’t allow me to since the lost sim card is still associated. Is there any way to remove the old number and replace it with new sim I can associate with gcash/mobile banking? thanks!

  25. I totally agree. This service sucks big time. I even upgrade my sim to get this BPI menu, for the sole purpose of convenience and emergency cases you want money on your GCASH. But its always under maintenance. BPI mobile banking is disabled. Might as well disable it forever.
