When I saw an advertisement on TV this morning that said something like, “Red Mobile, coming soon”, I didn’t know that it was Umobile until this afternoon. I got a call from Umobile (9811500) and they told me that they have changed their name to Red Mobile. They will send me a new Red Mobile SIM for FREE anytime from Nov 16 to 20. Like before, they still require me to present a photocopy of my valid ID upon delivery of the SIM.
This means I won’t be needing my Umobile SIM anymore. So I will just keep it as a remembrance. Goodbye Umobile.

di naman po naluge.. di sila maluluge.. sila ang nagbibigay ng load sainyo.. pero gusto ata nila kumita lalo aside from the advertisements.. di ko pa nakukuha sim ko nung ümobile palang pero activated na account ko sa site nila..

nasabe ko na gusto nila lalo kumita kase dun sa retailer sim na smart nag update na sila for e-load.. dati kase may mga napili lang na mga shops to sell e-cards for load eh napaka inconvenient naman di ba.. anlayo kase.. Ü

I hope this new provider will give us an option. I am curious what they can offer. Especially in Paenaan Antipolo City na Smart lang ang may signal (tpos panay ang pdla ng mga chargeable quotes etc….)

Well, someone call me last week to inform me na they’re going to relaunch umobile to RED MOBILE. They going to send me a new sim with 2 call cards worth 100 pesos, and at the same time continue pa rin ang free 100 load to till January next year.
But, kanina I’m still waiting to received their new sim pero walang dumating sa office.
Hmmmmm……….mukhang may misunderstanding na naman sa delivery address ng sim card. Anyway, while Im going na nasa G.Liner Bus ako. I saw their TV ad and mukhang exciting ang launching nila. KAYA please delivery my RED MOBILE Sim na so that I’ll enjoy their free load…LOL!

umobile eto ang dating cure telecom, it evolve into red mobile, and for the sake of others, ang red mobile at smart ay iisa ang network. Nabili ng smart ang frequency ng cure telecom.

umobile is cure telecom… pero ang real talaga nangyari hinde na acquire ng umobile yung target nila na 10k subscriber by the end of the year. then hinde sila makakuha ng line sa globe and sun kaya hirap makatext / tawag sa 2telco na yun. THEN may technical issue sila na hinde nila maayos yung pag tawag sa ibang bansa so nangyari free international calls…one to sawa na usapan talaga!!!!! i should know nakinabang kami ng mga barkada ko ng matagal dyan…….then wala masyado company nag advertise sa kanila kaya nalugi. binili ito ng smart tapos ni rebrand na lang nila. kaya sila nag sara most of the employees din nawalan ng work coz of what happen
so ngayon wala na tayo free calls/ free international calls kasi monitored na ito ng smart T__T
hayy so sad talaga pero thank u na din sa umobile ^___^

May red mobile na po ako. Mejo maganda. Pero pinaka astigin talaga yung umobile. Sana magka signal pa ang mga umobile sims natin.

kaya pala walang signal ang umobile.. will they send me a new sim kaya? will they call me din kaya? uuhhmm.. hope they will.. sayang.. kawawang umobile.. di man lang nakilala ng lahat.. P39/sim ang red mobile.. ang alam ko powered by smart yang Ümobile = redmobile is the same thing.. ung rates n 0.50 ay for red to red lang.. same rates pa din for other networks.. kailan kaya magkakaron ng sim n flat 0.50 sa lahat ng networks???hehe tagal pa nun!!

Uhm binili ko lang po ito nung Saturday. Sarado kasi ang Smart Wireless Center pag weekends ei. Dito ako sa Cellcom Zamora Branch, Tacloban City. P39.00 ang price. Dalawa pa nga binili ko :-). Okay naman siya nagagamit ko dito sa Tacloban City kasi may 3G dito. Yung ipinangako sa ating Red Mobile na ipapadala daw within 16-21 ay di ko na lang inasahan kung darating pa ba o hindi na kaya bumili na lang po ako.

since they changed their name/sim. ofcourse. some users will be mad because they both that sim. and they still have load.
so that. umobile called them to give them the sim for FREE.
