If Yahoo SMS Messenger was initially available to Globe and Smart subscribers, SUN Cellular also
developed a similar service called iMessenger, where IM users can login and chat via SMS. Good thing about their service is their availability, not only to Yahoo users but to MSN, AOL and ICQ users as well! This service has been available since January 2006.
To start using the service, just type IM and send to 2746.
To login:
LOGIN YAHOO yahooid password
To start chatting:
CHAT YAHOO yahooid message
To logout:
LOGOUT
To use the service with other clients (MSN, AOL, ICQ) , read their quick start. Each LOGIN costs Php 2, and each message you send to a buddy costs Php 0.50.

Hello! Yes I have tried this and it really is sulit! ^_^v I love it!
Actually I think if you Register for the 1 Day Unlimited Promo, you do not pay Php2 for the login. I think it’s free. But Im not so sure kasi for me, I didnt pay any at all in logging in. :)

for unli ym:
text
BUY DAY (which costs P20)
if you want an unlimited chat for a week text
WEEK ON (which costs P100)
then send to 2746
And of course, you must login first before you send this setting… ;)
such a sweet way for me to connect with my husband while i was away from my computer ;)

and one more thing…
make sure your “signature” is OFF cuz it would prevent you from signing in (that’s why you always received login failed message)

i’ve been also using this one. but i was only able to use this once coz the next time i log in di na ako mka access.. and i hate.. sana ayusin na nila ito.. maganda sana kasi sulit at pwede kang mag unlimitted but the problem is di kana mka sign in ulit.. hope they’ll fix it na.

does anyone have the same problem as mine?
sun imessenger keeps changing my password. i made a yahoo id just for sun imessenger and it keeps changing my password..so i thought maybe my emial is bugged..so i made a new one.. same thing happens..so last month, i made another one..still the same. i’m so pissed!

i super love this service.. di na kailangan ng gprs. one time kasi i subscibed to a sevice like this but in another network. what i hate about it was kailangan ng gprs. pag walang gprs, di ako makakapag log in. whereas, this one sa sun need not of gprs. so okey na okey. kahit na minsan may flaws, tulad ng di ka makakapag log in agad, eh okey naman.. dala na siguro ng maintenance sa service na ito kaya nagkakaroon ng mga ganyang bagay…
overall, i love this service.. ^________^
