I cant register my TM sim to gcash. Ive tried it many times. Im sure I did what the instruction says. Why is that?

HOW CAN I USED MY GCASH USING GLOBE ROAMING?? I CAN SEND TO 2882 BUT THERE IS NO CONFIRMATION AND THERE IS NO TRANSACTION MADE, BUT MY LOAD WAS DEDUCTED AND IT SEEMS LIKE 20 PESOS PER MSG. I CANNOT TRANSFER MY GCASH TO OTHER RECIPIENT IN THE PHILIPPINES… HASSLE!!! PLS HELP
